1 Order Processing & Packaging
All orders placed Monday through Saturday are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working business day.

3 Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner (Delhivery / BlueDart / India Post), you will automatically receive an email and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and live tracking link. You can also view package status anytime under your My Orders dashboard.
4 Damaged Packages in Transit
If your package arrives with visible external damage or leakage, please inform the delivery partner and take a quick photo of the package. Contact our support team immediately at Urban Fresh Support, and we will issue an immediate replacement at zero extra cost.
